Primary service area: ChampionsGate, Davenport, Four Corners, and Kissimmee. We also serve broader Osceola and Polk Counties for private events and corporate bookings. Travel is free within 20 miles of ChampionsGate; $1.50/mile beyond.

Community and family events typically book 2–6 weeks out. Resort, HOA, and corporate clients book 6–12 weeks in advance. Festival and market appearances are scheduled seasonally. The sooner you reach out, the better your date availability.

A 30–50% deposit is required at booking to hold your date. No deposit, no hold. The balance is invoiced 7 days before your event.

Yes. Gold + Glow carries commercial general liability insurance ($1M minimum). We can provide an additional insured certificate to event organizers, venues, and HOAs upon request.

Model A is hourly + per-piece materials — the host pays a predictable rate and controls what guests receive. Model B is a flat event fee — the host pays a fixed amount and all keepsake revenue flows directly from guests to Gold + Glow. Model B has a lower barrier to entry for first-time clients.

Yes. Model B is available as a standalone booking — no inflatables or rentals required. The artisan station is a complete service on its own.

Yes — the festival and market circuit is a primary revenue channel, not a side service. We appear regularly at Sunset Walk, KVF Market, V.I.B.E.S., Viva Osceola, Milk Mart, and other community events throughout the year.
