Finance, Scheduling & Roadblock Removal
Former purchasing and inventory warehouse manager. Leads bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, P&L monitoring, event scheduling, calendar management, deposit follow-up, and vendor/permit escalations when deals stall.
Sales Conversion, Outreach & Admin
Professional collections background — the ideal profile for converting inquiries to signed contracts, following up on unpaid deposits, and ensuring no booking falls through. Handles the full sales funnel from first inquiry to signed contract.
